Warranty Coverage

Standard:

• Duration: Every advanced racket comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

• Scope: This warranty covers any issues related to manufacturing defects. However, it does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper use of the equipment.

ProCare+:

• Duration: Adding ProCare+ at checkout gives you 2 years of our full racket coverage.

• Scope: This warranty extends the manufacturer warranty by 12 months and provides you with accidental damage protection. This means, you’re covered if you string your racket too tightly, clash rackets with your doubles partner, or even accidentally sit on your racket bag!(Please note: paint chips, scrapes, and wear on the grip are not covered.)

rEplacement policy

Standard:

• Cost: In the event that your HL racket needs to be replaced under this warranty, we will provide a free replacement within 3 business days of receiving your claim.

ProCare+:

• Cost: With ProCare+, we'll ship your replacement as early as the next day after receiving your claim.

How to file a claim

Standard & ProCare+:

• To initiate a replacement, simply complete the Warranty Claim Form at the bottom of this page. You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Your name

  • Proof of purchase(order number, receipt or physical place of purchase)

  • a brief description of the issue

  • a photo of the damage

• Once your form is submitted, we will process your request, and a replacement racket will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Eligibility for replacement

Standard & ProCare+:

• Advanced Rackets only: This warranty is valid exclusively for our advanced HL badminton rackets.

• Valid Purchases: The warranty applies to rackets purchased directly from HL Badminton or authorized retailers within the USA
