Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

At HL badminton, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and reliably.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to arrive, depending on your proximity to our headquarters in Southern California.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1 business day for order processing before your item ships.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your item, please review the following guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

    • Used items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return

      • Only advanced and intermediate rackets are eligible for “used items” returns.

        • Shuttles, grips, string, nets, physical education rackets and other accessories must be unopened and in their original packaging upon return.

  • Return Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping is free. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at hlcorpamz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
